All about ordering from PESTO PRESTO
PESTO PRESTO Delivery offers delicious, luxury lunch sandwiches and fresh, home-made soups, suitable for meetings, conferences or other gatherings. PESTO PRESTO's priority is to deliver hassle-free business lunches that look delicious. Our sandwiches are delivered in cardboard boxes or, if desired, in exclusive wooden boxes, which include napkins and which can be served at the table immediately. Soup can be delivered in a plug-and-play soup kettle with soup bowls and spoons if required.
You can also order through PESTO PRESTO Take Away and pick up your order in the shop. In our shop at Vijzelstraat 89 in Amsterdam we sell individual and freshly prepared Italian sandwiches and juices.
If you order at least one business day in advance, delivery is guaranteed. For same day delivery please give us a call. Same day delivery is subject to availability. The quantity discount does not apply to orders for the same day.
Selection and order minimum
For orders through PESTO PRESTO Delivery the minimum order is € 65.40 excluding VAT. For delivery in Schiphol, Amstelveen, and Diemen the minimum order is € 126.00 excluding VAT. A PESTO PRESTO lunchbox contains 6 different luxury sandwiches. PESTO PRESTO will choose from a selection of assorted sandwich fillings for you. Please refer to our Lunch Menu for our selection of fillings. If you prefer selecting your own fillings then please order through the PESTO PRESTO Take Away form.
Please use the order form's comment field to inform us of any dietary requirements. In case of allergies we prepare a separate lunch box that does not contain the nutrient.
Number of sandwiches per person
On average we prepare 3 sandwiches for men and 2 for women. For mixed groups you can calculate the required number of sandwiches by using and average of 2.5 sandwich per person.
Fruit salads are not part of our standard lunch menu. Please give us a call to discuss the possibilities.
Please contact us to discuss any food intolerances or allergies. After consultation, we will take your special requirements into account. We can also prepare your lunch separately if required.
Changing your order
After ordering you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you want to make any changes to your order, please reply to the confirmation email indicating the changes. It is important to include the order number with your request.
Changing a Take Away order
Changes must have been received by PESTO PRESTO before 10:00 on the day of delivery at the latest. Changes after 10:00 on the day of delivery are possible only after consultation. Cancellations of (parts of) an order are subject to our Terms and Conditions for Cancellations for the part being cancelled.

Changes on the day of delivery are possible only after consultation. The quantity discount does not apply to additional sandwiches. Cancellations of (parts of) an order are subject to our Terms and Conditions for Cancellations for the part being cancelled.
Cancelling your order
Normally, cancelling an order is possible if you let us know in advance. Unfortunately, sometimes we are forced to charge (part) of the order.
Cancelling a Take Away order
Cancellations can only be accepted if sent by e-mail and need to include the original order number. Cancellations must have been received by PESTO PRESTO by 10:00 on the day of delivery at the latest. Orders that are cancelled after 10:00 on the day of delivery will be fully charged.
Cancelling a Delivery order
Cancellations can only be accepted if sent by e-mail and need to include the original order number. Cancellations must have been received by PESTO PRESTO by 17:00 the day prior to delivery at the latest. Orders that are cancelled on the day of delivery will be fully charged. Special deliveries (weekends, breakfast, etc.) will be charged fully unless the order was cancelled at least 2 business days in advance.
